What we do:

Run a Fulfillment center for eCommerce companies: A big warehouse with thousands of products and millions of pieces of inventory. We pick, pack, and ship orders to our clients' customers all over the world. We'll ship something like 1 million shipments this year, and we started just 4 years ago.

Role Summary

The Print Shop Associate supports daily screen printing operations by assisting press teams, handling garments, and maintaining quality and efficiency on the shop floor. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build skills in screen printing while contributing to consistent, on-time production.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role with opportunities to grow into more advanced production or logistics positions.

Key Responsibilities

Press and Production Support

• Assist with press setup, operation, and breakdown
• Load and unload garments during print runs
• Support ink changes, cleaning, and basic press maintenance
• Follow production schedules and supervisor direction

Quality and Accuracy

• Monitor prints for quality, alignment, and defects
• Remove and flag misprints or damaged garments
• Ensure finished goods meet production standards
• Maintain consistency throughout production runs

Workflow and Organization

• Stage garments, screens, and materials for upcoming jobs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support efficient job changeovers and handoffs

Safety and Standards

• Follow safety protocols and production procedures
• Use equipment and materials properly
• Communicate issues or concerns promptly

Print Shop Operations

• Help with any ad hoc tasks or projects that may be assigned by Print Shop Leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior screenprinting or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
