The Job: Forklift Operator
This role is all about accuracy, organization, and control behind the wheel. As our Forklift Operator, you’ll be the force that keeps product moving: loading, unloading, and staging materials with precision. From pulling pallets to feeding production and keeping the warehouse floor clear, you’ll make sure every move is safe, efficient, and on point.
It’s the perfect role for someone who thrives on focus and foresight. Quiet, steady, and reliable, you’ll be the one powering the flow of our operation and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and organize pallets and inventory
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Support the receiving and fulfillment teams by staging, labeling, and moving goods where they belong
- Perform routine equipment checks and communicate any maintenance issues
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Cross-train with fulfillment tasks (pick/pack, staging, restocking) when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse SOPs
You Should Have:
- An eye for detail; you notice the small things before they become big problems
- Willingness to use scanners and learn inventory systems (we’ll train you, just bring the focus)
- The strength to lift up to 50 lbs and the energy to stay active all shift
- Reliability we can count on, no matter where you’ve proven it before
- Bonus points for warehouse, inventory, or returns experience, but not required if you’re organized, quick to learn, and ready to roll
