About the role
1. Responsible for the formulation of the short- and medium-term business strategies of the branch according to the general strategy of the region and the development of the annual work plan and business budget plan of the branch;
2. Collect competitors' information, formulate market development plans and implement effective measures to improve performance, according to changes in local regulations and policies,
3. Responsible for product planning, product management, and developing product promotion plans of the branch
4. Responsible for distributor management, performance management, bonus management, visitors' reception, etc.;
5. Responsible for emergency incident management and resolution, daily personnel administration, and IT unit management and construction of the branch;
6. Timely completion of other tasks assigned by group and regional leaders.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in business management, marketing, and economics are preferred;
2. 5-10 years working experience; MUST have more than 3 years working experience in the direct selling industry;
3. Familiar with the legal system of customs clearance, finance and taxation, products, logistics and direct selling of the country;
4. Have a certain decision-making power, good execution, business innovation, emergency resolution, coordination and response, with a strong grasp of the market trends;
5. Can use English as a working language.
