Responsibilities
Responsible for formulating and implementing annual education and training plans according to business development
Responsible for course development and design of the company, including but not limited to new retail, product introduction, skill imparting, and other fields and training project operations
Responsible for designing and implementing special training projects according to business development
Organize, implement, and plan large-scale education and training activities to ensure membership renewal rate and user achievement rate
Responsible for the global training team
Responsible for the training and incentive of global lecturers
Use highly organized and methodical approaches to managing needs analysis, project management and support of training programs globally
Support the development of regional trainings by working closely with the global teams and staff to develop strategic relationships with relevant training service providers and other stakeholders and to identify and deliver innovative training
Stay abreast of trends and good practices in training, e-learning, personal and professional development and identify and support the development of new training course subjects or services
Overall management of the quality assurance of the trainings, including design of the training, observations with feedback, analysis of participant’s feedback, and sharing of learning, innovation and good practices
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management or equivalent
Master’s Degree is highly desirable
Minimum over 10 years working experience in training and development, with curriculum development ability, training program design ability, teaching ability, system construction ability is preferred;
Experience with short video shooting and editing ability are preferred
Learning Management Systems experience is a plus
Have outstanding logic ability, excellent expression ability, strong overall planning and execution ability;
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a geographically dispersed team.
Fluency in English is required and Chinese or Spanish is highly desirable but not required
