What you'll do
TTI is hiring an Information Resilience Officer to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in an advisory and assistance service capacity. The Information Resilience Officer’s primary roles will be to:
- support the development of positive, transparent, and factual messaging campaigns to complement DTRA missions and work with Interagency and foreign partners to proactively compete in the information environment,
- develop proactive messaging strategies in coordination with DTRA Public Affairs and DTRA program managers,
- develop ideas and concepts for stories, articles, pictures, podcasts, and video scripts as it relates to the DTRA mission,
- review classified and unclassified reports, provide adversary narrative assessments, and measure impacts and effects of Foreign Malign Influence (FMI) campaigns,
- develop foreign narrative tracking frameworks and update foreign narrative trends, and
- develop Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) to assess DTRA qualitative and quantitative impacts in the information environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years conducting analytical work in support of strategic communications or Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).
- Proficiency in research, analysis, critical thinking, effective communication (written and oral presentation).
- Ability to write succinctly and to various target audiences.
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders to conduct research and analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts, planners, practitioners, and intelligence analysts.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and SharePoint.
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI and must be a current US citizen.
Desired Qualifications
- Training or experience in the information environment to include strategic communications, information operations, public affairs, Psychological Operations (PSYOP), or Military Information Support Operations (MISO).
- Training or experience in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) or Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense.
- Training or experience in intelligence analysis, interagency planning, military planning, or operational experience in national security-related matters.
- Training or experience in operational planning, operational design, campaigning, and risk analysis.
- Lead and facilitate the preparation and execution of workshops, formal and informal briefings.
- Military Experience.
