Our Company
Audius is a 36-person team of entrepreneurs, engineers, music industry professionals, and blockchain experts. What does being an SDR entail?

The Audius Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the tip of the spear and the first line of offense on the Audius team that most directly impacts the lives of musicians, producers, and creators. The role serves a critical research and database management function within the outbound Audius sales organization, supporting the efforts of the Account Executives and Head of Sales by vetting and verifying prospect and contact information that sets the team up for success, while keeping outreach aligned toward revenue goals. Meticulously organized individuals who are chronically online have an advantage in this role.

Additional Information: Compensation for this full-time role is partially based on commission at a rate of 60/40 base/variable, with on-target earnings ranging from $50,000-$70,000 + our full suite of benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role & level. Each job listing's range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and training. What you'll do here

    • Support a team of Account Executives in their efforts to close deals that make artists money

    • Research and qualify leads that will ultimately result in an increase in gross revenue through the Audius protocol

    • Constantly populate and maintain a robust database of artists, managers, label executives, booking agents, and other talent

    • Report insights from the field that inform the greater goals of the sales org

    • Keep a keen eye on broad trends in music and social media and suggest areas in which the protocol might add value resulting in YoY growth and revenue

We would love to chat if you have

    • 2-3 years experience working on a digital sales team

    • Experience working with CRM and database systems in a PR or sales capacity

    • Broad exposure to and familiarity with music and creator communities on Tik Tok, Instagram, Snap, and Twitter

    • General knowledge of Audius and its unique positioning in the music industry and creator economy

    • Basic familiarity with or enthusiasm for crypto, Web3, NFTs, and more, or a demonstrated interest and willingness to learn

    • Intimate knowledge of digital music trends

    • Bonus: You are aware of each and every viral duet on Tiktok at any given time
