Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
A day in the life as our Enterprise Relationship Executive may include:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new enterprise clients in the Payments industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead a team of Junior Account Managers to successfully achieve portfolio growth metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Possesses comprehensive understanding of Partner agreements, programs, pricing strategies, lending strategies, and marketing approaches. Proficiency in delivering accurate and timely information reporting and fostering strong professional relationships are essential for success in this position.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client presentations to senior management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within the Payments industry.
- Experience leading a small team to successful metric outcomes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, merchant services, and emerging payment technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

The pay range for this role is:
