Sunday Experience Pastor/Director

The Sunday Experience Pastor/Director is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for every person who walks through our doors. This role oversees all guest-facing volunteer teams, including greeters, ushers, parking, hospitality, and the safety team.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Sunday Experience teams, including greeters, ushers, parking, hospitality, and safety.
• Build, recruit, and develop a strong volunteer base that is engaged, equipped, and aligned with the culture of Timberlake.
• Plan and execute a seamless Sunday morning experience, ensuring every environment is prepared, staffed, and executed with a high level of excellence.
• Create and maintain a culture where every guest feels noticed, welcomed, and cared for from the parking lot to the auditorium.
• Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details

• Work Days: Sunday–Thursday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
• Pay range: $52,000 - $65,000/ annually DOE.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
• Benefits: Accrued PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B (match after 1 year).
