Next Generation Pastor

The Next Generation Pastor at the Redmond location leads kids, students, and young adults by building clear environments, strong teams, and scalable systems that help the next generation grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and take next steps in faith. This role provides vision and oversight for all Next Generation ministries, including weekends, midweek, events, and volunteers.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader at Redmond, executing the vision of the church and leading the kids ministry (500+), student ministry (250+), and young adult team ministry (150+) into its next season of growth. 
• Manage and lead a Next Generation staff of 9 plus residents.
• Identify opportunities to regularly integrate the Next Generation into every aspect of the church.
• Plan and execute an amazing Sunday morning experience for kids and students, including high-energy worship, engaging teaching, a thorough follow-up strategy, and midweek student groups.
• Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details

• Work Days: Sunday–Thursday, with occasional evenings and weekends
• Pay range: $76k - $95k/annually DOE.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.
• Benefits: Accrued PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B (match after 1 year).
