Position Overview


Tipsy Elves is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and culture-driven People Operations Sr. Coordinator - E2 to support the execution of people operations and human resource administration. This role will support both onsite and remote teams creating a seamless employee experience that reflects our culture, supports business operations, and promotes engagement and fulfillment at work.


The ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong logistical execution, and a service-oriented mindset to the day-to-day operations of HR, office management, and people operations. From maintaining the office environment to coordinating onboarding, engagement surveys, and team events, this role is central to ensuring our employees have the resources, clarity, and support they need to thrive. This role will report to the Senior Director of People & Culture and collaborates closely with cross-functional team members and leadership.



Duties & Responsibilities


People/Ops - Supports all execution of People Operations

  • Owns office management and administration. Keeps the office organized and well maintained.
  • Owns health and safety compliance within the office
  • Owns supply ordering and providing needed materials for work 
  • Owns planning, organizing, execution of all team celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries, quarterly events, and in office events, including travel, meals, and activity considerations. 
  • Owns and executes all monthly engagement survey flow to gather insight from employees about their satisfaction and fulfillment. This includes engaging with all feedback, gathering and sorting insights, and supporting leadership team awareness of trends
  • Supports logistics for learning and development at Tipsy Elves
  • Supports logistics needs for remote employees
  • Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations support across the business
  • Supports and is an example of the Tipsy Elves culture and values


People/HR - Supports HR administration day to day

  • Supports HR administration, initiatives, and implementation processes 
  • Supports benefits administration, initiatives, and implementation processes
  • Supports HR compliance and policy creation aligned with legal requirements 
  • Supports HRIS and data management 
  • Supports creation of resources and reference materials for team/HR policies and procedures
  • First line of support for team in finding answers and solutions for HR and benefits related questions
  • Supports hiring process through job posting, filtering, administration
  • Creates all on-boarding accounts/documents for new hires
  • Completes all new hire on-boarding and training
  • Completes all off-boarding logistics including documentation, system access removal, and exit surveys
  • Supports the annual review and performance management process
  • Supports Leave Management process 
  • Provide IT/dev support for team as needed


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or office administration
  • Strong understanding of HR and People Ops fundamentals including onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and office management
  • Proven ability to execute logistical tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently on day-to-day responsibilities while seeking guidance for more complex projects
  • Experience using HRIS platforms, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack or Zoom
  • Preferred experience using Lattice, Rippling, or similar HR tools
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of interacting across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive problem solver who can identify issues, propose improvements, and learn from mistakes
  • Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 lbs
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams a plus

Additional Info

  • Starting pay is $26-$28/hour based on experience
  • Position is expected to start in July 2025
  • This position is hybrid and requires two days per week in-office
