What You'll Lead & Deliver

· Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and drive a clear, future-focused technology roadmap aligned to Titan’s goals, championing digital transformation and embedding security in every decision.

· Innovation & Competitive Advantage: Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies that keep Titan ahead of the market.

· Infrastructure & Architecture: Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that support our growth and deliver operational excellence.

· Product Development: Lead customer-centric product management and software development, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and intuitive user experiences.

· Cybersecurity & Data: Oversee robust cybersecurity, compliance, and data strategies to protect Titan’s assets and enable intelligent, data-driven decisions.

· Vendor, Budget & Resources: Manage technology partners, optimize budgets, and allocate resources effectively to maximise impact and value.

· Performance & Stakeholder Engagement: Track the success of technology initiatives and communicate progress to executives, boards, investors, customers, and teams.

· Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire high-performing teams, promote agile ways of working, break down silos, and cultivate a culture of excellence, trust, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Role

Experience

·         At least 5 years’ experience in technology leadership roles.

·         Proven success managing technology teams and defining technology strategy.

·         Experience working with international teams, including Asia-based development centres.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex stakeholder groups.

Skills

·         Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to link technology decisions with business outcomes.

·         Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk mitigation.

·         A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

·         Inspiring leadership skills that uplift and unite teams.

·         High level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with international teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).

·         Relevant certifications in areas like project management (Scrum, Prince2, PMP, ACP, AgilePM), cybersecurity, or technology management are advantageous.

Additional Requirements

·         A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally (2-4 times a year to Australia and possibly other international locations – EU,).
