Job Description

Our company is seeking a Project Manager with experience managing software development projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both verbal and written English to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and global teams.

Responsibilities: 

• Support and contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify risks and issues early, proactively working on mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and timelines effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage project scope changes, ensuring that any modifications are documented, communicated, and approved.
• Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Balance multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Work closely with global teams and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration across different time zones.
• Act as the bridge between development teams and Australian clients, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and technical requirements.
• Follow best practices and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant standards in project execution.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical or software development environment
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges efficiently.
• Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with international clients and global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate among variety cultures and business expectations.
• Exposure to the Automotive industry, ERP solutions, or Financial Services is a plus.
• Agile certifications (such as Scrum Master) is an advantage.

1 WORKING HOURS

• Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
• Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours

2 LEAVES

• 12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years.
