About the role
The role purpose of a Web and Mobile Product Manager is to drive the development and continuous improvement of web and mobile products that meet user needs and business objectives. This involves defining the product vision and strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, and ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across digital platforms. The Web and Mobile Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that enhance user engagement, increase customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
What you'll do
Build | - Engage with customers and industry stakeholders on requirements analysis to assist in both business case analysis for new Web and Mobile projects, and detailed design of Web and Mobile solutions.
- Conduct continuous Industry analysis to ensure Titan is well positioned to deliver industry relevant products supported by profitable business cases to align Titan Development teams and ensure efficient allocation of resources for the best outcome for Titan and customers.
- Build and deliver formal requirements analysis and functional specifications, and work with the development teams throughout the design and build process. Set priorities for the development teams during each sprint to ensure a balance between long term initiatives and short-term customer focus.
- Ensure that metrics surrounding quality are met, including supporting the QA department with test cases, user stories and ensuring that UX and design is fit for purpose.
- Liaise with customers to ensure that the UAT process is completed to a high standard prior to product launch activities.

Sell | - Assist the Marketing department with commercialisation strategies and marketing content including the facilitation of real-world case studies.
- Assist the Business Development department and international sales channels with understanding points of difference, usage benefits and assistance with presentations when required.

Deploy
| - Manage the design of the overall delivery process associated with Titan DMS Mobile products to new and existing clients, both throughout Australia and international markets.
- Enable a level of autonomy within implementation departments (including field staff) to support the deployment strategy.

Inform
| - Define the vision for Web and Mobile products and ensure that stakeholders understand the vision so that outputs are commercially aligned.
- Communicate and report across all levels of staff, both internally and externally, to ensure project transparency and stakeholder buy-in throughout every project stage.
- Oversee and assist in the building of documentation to ensure that products are utilised to their full potential.
- Be responsible for ensuring that internal product champions and stakeholders are fully informed on the Mobile product set.

| - Design a support framework that assists with meeting service level objectives for Mobile Applications and assist with embedding this framework within the global Service Desk environment.

Improve
| - Engage a process of continuous improvement with Web and Mobile products to ensure that products remain relevant, usable, and functionally fit for purpose in a progressive industry.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Depth of understanding of UI and UX principles, with experience in putting these principles into practice.
- A self starer with an engaging personality, and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support throughout all project phases.
- Ability to balance priorities in a resource constrained environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, understanding that quality is a cornerstone to product acceptance and brand trust.
- A team player, able to align your individual skills and expertise with the strengths of the entire global Titan team.
- An ability and desire to travel, and to be as comfortable with customer facing aspects of the role as you are working with technical teams.
- Experience in the development, management and delivery of commercial grade Web and Mobile projects.
