As a Sales Development Representative Intern at Tive, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities for the EMEA region by researching good-fit companies and qualifying leads for our Sales Development team to reach out to.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Any experience working face-to-face with customers or clients in a professional setting.
  • A strong hunter mentality and work ethic driven by a healthy level of competitiveness.
  • High motivation and resilience in a very fast-paced environment where change is constant. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a focus on collaboration.
  • Someone who can celebrate their teammates' success as much as their own but also motivated by fear of letting teammates/themselves down. 
  • Lives in Pristina, Kosovo and able to come in office (hybrid environment).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching target companies and contacts based on ICP
  • Enriching data in Salesforce and adding notes to support SDR’s
  • Utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism
  • Collaborating in weekly check-ins with SDRs
  • Completing assignments from EMEA SDR Lead
