Intern - Customer Data Management

As a Customer Data Management Intern, your main focus will be maintaining precise records of customer accounts and team performance metrics. You'll assist the Account Management team in maximizing the utilization of data to improve their productivity. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating and organizing statistical information to facilitate data-driven decision-making.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree or degree in process in a relevant field (Business, Data Analysis, Economics, Finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.


What you’ll be doing:

Data Accuracy and Maintenance:

  • Assist in auditing and verifying client data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Work alongside the account management team to update and maintain client records in the company's database.

  • Help identify and resolve basic discrepancies in client information to maintain data integrity.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in generating and analyzing reports on client data, focusing on basic trends and potential areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to gather insights that can support basic strategic decisions related to account management.

Process Improvement:

  • Provide input for the development and improvement of account management processes and workflows.

  • Collaborate with various teams to implement basic improvements aimed at streamlining data-related operations.

Training and Documentation:

  • Support Sales Enablement in enhancing training and documentation materials from an Account Management perspective.

  • Assist in conducting basic training sessions to ensure understanding and adherence to data management standards.
