The Role
📍 Santa Monica, CA | Hybrid (approximately 50% in-office, 2–3 days per week)
We’re hiring a Senior Accountant (Accounting Operations)—a strong technical accountant who wants to expand into systems, process improvement, and operational impact.
This role is roughly 75% accounting, 25% operations. You’ll own key areas of the close while helping redesign workflows, drive automation, and modernize how accounting operates. If you naturally question inefficiencies, think in systems, and are excited about leveraging AI and automation to transform finance workflows, this role is for you.
