The Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-oriented Client Success Manager with extensive experience in hospitality, technology, and collegiate or professional sports ticket operations. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring optimal client usage of the Tixr platform and promoting year-over-year growth.

Work-Life
This role is 100% remote with an optional work environment at our Santa Monica office, located on the 3rd Street Promenade. Most teams run West Coast Hours with lots of autonomy. At this time we are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders

Responsibilities
  • Function as the primary contact for clients, establishing strategic relationships and helping them maximize ticket sales
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to address client needs and communicate feature requests
  • Perform regular check-ins with clients to discuss account health and strategies for improvement
  • Onboard and train new clients on the utilization of Tixr product offerings
  • Act as a consultant, advising clients on best practices for event builds, sales, and reporting
  • Proactively address client needs and nurture relationships to foster client success
  • Work closely with executive leadership on growth strategies and identifying new opportunities
  • Travel as needed for client relationship-building
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in ticket operations roles at collegiate or professional sports teams
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in building and managing events, financial reporting, and digital marketing in a primary event ticketing software
  • Familiarity with external tools used by professional sports teams (e.g., Fevo, KORE)
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, Slack, & Google Apps
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills
  • High ethical standards, ensuring transparent and fair interactions with customers
  • Open to feedback, adaptable, and possesses a commitment to learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; postgraduate degree or additional certifications preferred
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a creative problem-solving mindset, a love for asking questions, and a strong commitment to professionalism.

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
