The Opportunity 

As a member of our Tixr Europe team and as the Director of Partnerships, Benelux you’ll be part of a collaborative global team building the fastest-growing, most exciting live event technology on the planet.  We are seeking someone entrepreneurial at heart, self-motivated and who comes with deep relationships with event organisers across music, sports, attractions, and beyond. 

About You

You’re an industry pro with great relationships in the events space. You're a quick learner, you enjoy the technical and consultative part of the sale and you have relationships that you're ready to bring to the table. You are comfortable with little training and oversight, you're a natural at hitting or exceeding your quota targets and you enjoy making a big impact with a growing team.

 Must-Have Qualifications
  • Native or Fluent Dutch speaker

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role as a top performer, in the technology, ticketing or events space 

  • Deep industry relationships 

  • A proven and relentless seller in a competitive space

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, strong negotiation skills and a knack for technology 

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Quick learner, can learn in a structured environment or independently 

  • Great communicator with a professional demeanour

  • Passion and appreciation for technology, selling, and live events

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands

  • Creative problem-solving skills

 Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable about the ticketing industry and live events

  • Experience with startups and managing a team a plus
Travel Opportunities
This role comes with the opportunity to travel, as needed, to service our clients' events globally.

Responsibilities
  • Own all aspects of the sales cycle from beginning to end 
  • Grow the Benelux region with clients and headcount 
  • Structure and lead a team of sellers and client success managers 
  • Bring new partnerships to fuel growth and continue to build on existing relationships 
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows to grow your book of business 
  • Manage reporting back to Europe and US HQ
  • Grow your network of active ambassadors, finding creative ways to keep them engaged
  • Strategise on how best to attack the territory 
  • Lead on the Benelux territory's expansion
The Perks
  • Salary Ranges €90,000-130,000 p.a. depending based on experience and seniority, plus commission and bonuses
