The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional, detail-oriented Client Success Manager, Benelux who is ready to lead our entry into the market. We are seeking someone who is entrepreneurial at heart, comes with years of ticketing industry experience, and is ready to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced growing team. This individual is someone who knows what it takes to work hard, service clients at scale and with speed, communicate effectively and is always willing and able to be a helping hand.

 Must-Have Qualifications
  • Native or Fluent Dutch speaker 

  • 4+ years of experience in a client services role, in the technology, ticketing or events space 

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, strong service orientation 

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Quick learner, can learn in a structured environment or independently 

  • Great communicator with a professional demeanour

  • Passion and appreciation for technology, design, and live events

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Understands technology systems and processes (CRM, Google Drive, Project management tools, etc) 
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable about the ticketing industry and live events

  • Ticketing/technical account management background (preferred) 
  • Experience with startups a plus
  • Experience with onsite operations during live events
  • Inventory management  
Travel Opportunities
This role comes with the opportunity to travel, as needed, to service our clients' events globally.

  • Understand the needs and/or setup and configuration of the Tixr platform to meet client specifications
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the technical implementation phase
  • Assist in planning and organising logistics for onsite visits and field operations, including inventory management of equipment, shipping equipment, travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for team members
  • Liaise with the client and internal teams to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for onsite operations
  • Ensure our CRM is up to date with necessary information for other team members as events and seasons deploy 
  • Act as lead (where needed) for onsite support for clients 
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed 
  • Gather feedback from clients and communicate back to London and US HQ
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive and productive partnership
  • Generate reports summarising the progress and outcomes for internal and client review
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless handover of clients from the sales process to the technical implementation phase.
  • Be prepared to build a team of Client Success Managers in the region and a network of contractors
