Tixr Sponsorships is the company’s newly launched sponsorships sales division, designed to
connect national advertisers with premier live events across the country. By partnering with
leading promoters and producers, Tixr Brands creates unique, high-impact opportunities for
marketers using Tixr’s deep AI data analysis tools, to engage audiences both digitally and
through on-site activations and immersive brand experiences

The Opportunity
As the Manager of Tixr’s Sponsorships team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our sponsorship offerings. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will immediately support the first phase of this strategic business expansion. Leveraging your deep industry relationships and proven expertise in experiential advertising and marketing strategy, you will make an immediate and meaningful impact in advancing the mission of Tixr Brands.

Work-Life

This role is a hybrid role at our Santa Monica office, located on the 3rd Street Promenade. At this time we are only able to hire US Citizens or active US Green Card holders


Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Support and execute a comprehensive brand partnership and business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships that generate incremental revenue and expand market reach.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients, Ad brands, experiential agencies, and industry leaders to drive revenue opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Tixr’s marketing, sales, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of partnerships.
  • Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations, structure deals, and oversee contract execution to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Performance Analysis: Build a solution set that: traffics, tracks, measures, and reports on the effectiveness of partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize future deals.

Immediate Impact

  • Educate your network about Tixr and capture immediate business opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s industry-leading tech platform and product.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive, active sales pipeline of new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize deal closures.
  • Communicate partner feedback to improve offerings and enhance client relationships.
  • Contribute to the evolution of sponsorships sales tools, presentations.
  • Utilize brand partnerships as a gateway to securing new fee-based Tixr clients
  • Travel as needed to strengthen key client relationships and close sponsor opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Prior experience (8 years min) in brand strategy, event marketing and sponsorships
  • Digitally savvy with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can synthesize information effectively
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to commute to Santa Monica CA office (3rd Street Promenade)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or similar tools
  • Passion for live events and entertainment

Work Culture

This is a full-time (40hrs/week) position, 2 month contract with option to covert to full-time depending on business needs and individual performance. Our hybrid environment encourages regular in-office collaboration experience in our dynamic, creative workplace in Santa Monica.

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Tixr HQ)
