TMC Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Sales & Guest Experience Coordinators (SAGEC) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while being the first and last point of contact for our guests across our boutique hotel portfolio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while also contributing to sales through reservations.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the welcoming voice of TMC Hospitality, assisting guests via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Provide knowledgeable local recommendations and guidance.
  • Make and manage reservations while tracking leads and earning commission on bookings.
  • Support onsite property teams with guest requests, policy updates, and communications.
  • Assist with guest reviews, reports, and data exports.
  • Handle guest issues with autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Schedules Available

We are hiring 5 full-time team members:

  • 2 Agents: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST
  • 2 Agents: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST
  • 1 Agent: Flexible (day or evening shift, depending on team coverage needs)
Weekend availability is highly preferred (ideally both weekend days).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • OTA (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) or hotel experience highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and great at multitasking
  • Comfortable working independently in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

The pay range for this role is:

18 - 19 USD per hour (Remote)
