Essential Job Functions
Anticipate guests’ needs and responds quickly & professionally to all guest requests
Provide information on resort amenities and facilities
Monitors traffic flow and guest queues within public area; directing guests as appropriate
Assists in Guest Pre-Checkin and Check-in process
Facilitates lobby safety, cleanliness, and security
Operates general maintenance machinery including hand tools to complete guest related maintenance issues
Responds promptly to Emergency situations and alerts Management when needed
Must be tech savvy adhering to the process of communicating promptly with Remote sales team and management via Work Chat in regards to Guest requests/issues. guest complaints while maintaining professional dialogue with guests and finding resolutions to satisfaction.
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, activities, and events.
Inspect, plan and ensure that all materials, workspaces and equipment are in complete readiness for service.
Ensure all public areas of hotel are clean
Be able to communicate effectively with guest and provide exceptional customer service
Adhere to hotel requirements for guest/employee accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Enforce all property closing duties. Make adjustments to daily tasks and ensure it is communicated to responsible staff
