Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Bode Nashville

Bode Nashville is looking for a hands-on, dependable Hotel Maintenance Engineer who knows how to fix things, keep systems running smoothly, and take pride in a well-maintained property. This role is perfect for someone who’s mechanically minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable jumping between guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes systems with confidence and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain the day-to-day operation of the hotel through preventative maintenance and timely repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair guest room issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, appliances, drywall, paint)
• Respond to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency
• Perform routine property walks to keep the hotel looking sharp and functioning properly
• Assist with vendor coordination and small projects as needed
• Track and complete work orders while staying organized and communicative
• Support other departments to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel or hospitality maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of general trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with guests and representing the Bode brand
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure
• Team-first attitude with a positive, can-do mindset
