Front Desk Agent / Concierge

Primary Responsibilities-

  • Anticipate guests’ needs and responds quickly & professionally to all guest requests
  • Provide information on resort amenities and facilities
  • Monitors traffic flow and guest queues within public area; directing guests as appropriate
  • Assists in Guest Pre-Checkin and Check-in process
  • Operates general maintenance machinery including hand tools to complete guest related maintenance issues
  • Responds promptly to Emergency situations and alerts Management when needed
  • Must be tech savvy adhering to the process of communicating promptly with Remote sales team and management via Work Chat in regards to Guest requests/issues while maintaining professional dialogue with guests and finding resolutions to satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, activities, and events.
  • Inspect, plan and ensure that all materials, workspaces and equipment are in complete readiness for service.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with guest and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to hotel requirements for guest/employee accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Coordinate with and support other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with special projects or events as needed

Requirements-

  • Strong public speaking and communication skills
  • Experience in food service or hospitality is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems and basic office software
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
