You will play a critical role in ensuring media investments are executed with precision, aligned to strategy, and optimized for performance across a dynamic, globally integrated team.

As part of the agency’s growing Media practice, you will lead and direct a team of media buyers based in Latin America, ensuring seamless alignment with U.S.-based strategy and delivering consistent, high-quality execution across accounts. You will serve as a key integration point between regions, translating strategic intent into execution and performance into actionable insight.

  • Manage and mentor a distributed team of media buyers, driving consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement in output
  • Interpret campaign performance and translate it into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and strategy teams
  • Establish and refine processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of media activation
  • Act as a quality control layer across all investment outputs, ensuring campaigns meet Tombras’ standards for excellence
  • Partner closely with Media Strategy, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution across the full media lifecycle
  • Drive operational clarity in a fast-paced environment, making decisions quickly while maintaining rigor and attention to detail

What you bring:

  • 6+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with deep expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok)
  • Strong working knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, Amazon DSP) and their role within a broader media mix
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, including experience working across distributed or global teams
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into execution, ensuring plans are implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret performance data and guide optimization decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, challenges, and opportunities to cross-functional teams
  • High level of operational discipline, with a focus on process, accuracy, and executional excellence
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Experience working with or leading teams based in Latin America strongly preferred
