WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a ChatBot Designer to drive  our industry-leading AI bot program for tour operators. Our ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with SaaS experience, strong Dialogflow experience, and creative problem solving skills. Familiarity with the tours and activities sector or travel industry as a whole is a plus. This position will work closely with our product team and will be instrumental in helping the company continue to scale. The role will offer invaluable professional business exposure and experience with tremendous potential for growth.


ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as a ChatBot Designer will be an evolving one, empowering you to use the skills you have and challenging you to grow. As the primary point of contact for clients throughout the bot build process, you’ll be expected to balance internal and external stakeholders.


Primary Responsibilities

AI ChatBot Management

  1. Build and manage AI chatbot for existing clients, ensuring they meet client needs and business objectives.
  2. Make updates and improvements based on user feedback, client requests, and business requirements.
  3. Proactively evaluate live chatbot performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization within conversation flows and user experience.
  4. Work closely with our Product Manager and Sales teams to inform future products built around the AI bot.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of applicable work or academic experience
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to find the right answers quickly
  • Platforms the position will require you to use regularly include: Voiceflow, Twilio, Google Suite, Hubspot, and Firebase
  • Solid understanding of client business needs 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Comfortable giving technically-detailed presentations 
  • Previous SaaS experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills


DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Experience, understanding and/or passion for the outdoor activity/tourism industry
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Passion to learn new skills and work/think outside the box
