Big Rock Candy Kitchen is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to engage with guests. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As a Team Member, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior guest service and a friendly and positive attitude. 

Job Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere--Create OMG Experiences!
• Provide a positive guest service experience to all guests
• Provide product information by answering questions
• Process transactions with a positive attitude
• Maintain a working knowledge of products in order to answer guest questions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

• Strong team player

• Excellent guest service skills 
• Ability to hold a friendly conversation 
• Decisive and able to make decisions in fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to work flexible schedules 
• Previous tourism/entertainment experience a plus
