TopDog Law is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst II to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is critical in driving process improvements, supporting IT and data initiatives, and managing cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and define business requirements for IT and process improvements.
- Test and validate new features and system enhancements.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring efficient execution.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
- Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
