What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery to support reconciliation and data validation workflows
  • Lead end-to-end data reconciliation amongst or partnering law firms
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in partnership with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactively monitor  data automations in place with our partnering law firms
  • Improve, document, and standardize data processes, quality-control measures, and workflows to drive continuous improvement projects 
  • Create dashboards and reporting to help drive actionable insights for larger teams
  • Mentor, train, and guide other team members on data best practices

We are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst within our Attorney Relationships team to ensure accurate data and real-time alignment of lead and case data between partner CRM systems and Salesforce. This role is critical for maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable workflows as we continue to expand across 160+ partner law firms.

The Sr. Data Analyst will also play a key role in supporting automation initiatives, mentoring other team members, and driving improvements by building dashboards and data processes that enable the firm to scale effectively. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and CRM operations preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in data reconciliation, analytics, or similar functions
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead short term projects across multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills and comfort explaining data issues and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor team members and communicate data insights effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and performance-driven environment

The pay range for this role is:
