Are you a proactive and strategic recruiter who thrives on finding top talent? We seek a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our team and help us identify and attract high-caliber candidates. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic organization dedicated to building strong teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source & Recruit: Identify, engage, and attract top talent through job postings, direct sourcing, and networking.
  • Screen & Assess: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Leverage Tools & Data: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to track metrics and improve hiring processes.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and a knack for relationship-building.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for Talent: A keen eye for great candidates and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a temporary, 1099 position. The possibility of it becoming a full-time position is difficult to predict.
