We’re looking for a Software  Integration Engineer who’s excited to build and maintain clean, reliable integrations across tools and platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience and a strong desire to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Basic experience with Node.js, SQL, SOQL, and APEX
  • Understanding of REST APIs - including reading API docs and building integrations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flows
  • Comfortable with CLI tools and using VSCode (or similar code editors)
  • Experience with integration tools like Zapier, Make.com, or N8N
  • Basic understanding of Git and GitHub workflows
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience processing data from sources like emails, spreadsheets, or form submissions

Soft Skills

  • Clear and concise communicator - success in this role requires the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with teams across operations, account management, marketing, and leadership
  • Able to professionally engage with external attorney partners and their technical teams via email, documentation, and meetings
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially when managing multiple requests or integrations
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools, systems, and best practices
  • Stays composed and focused under pressure, especially when balancing competing priorities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience developing software integrations
  • Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with software focus), Mathematics or Physics
  • Exceptional soft skills as mentioned above
