TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth, growing the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.

Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. Now we're applying that same discipline and innovation to firm operations, case management, and national scale,  intentionally building the infrastructure, systems, and teams to grow without sacrificing quality, culture, or accountability.

The Opportunity

We need litigation attorneys who know how to issue spot, problem solve, and think creatively to best serve our clients. Our top performers are organized, strategic thinkers, and passionate about helping regular people maximize the value of their cases. We challenge insurance companies to be fair with our injured clients. 

What You Will Own

• Own the client communication; 
• Identify the appropriate deadlines and meet them; 
• Build the case from start to finish; 
• Identify creative solutions with strategic legal thinking; and 
• Partner with other team members to best serve our clients needs. 

What You Bring

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Georgia Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
• Knowledge of Georgia laws, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be located in or near the State of Georgia
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal
• Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Active Admission to one or more districts of Georgia Federal Court
• Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving systems
• Experience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizations

What We Offer

• Base Salary: $125,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience (Remote, Georgia)
• Eligible for performance-based bonus
• Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
