Topicflow leverages AI to help organizations achieve better business results and employee performance. We integrate with all the tools teams use and bring goals, KPIs, feedback, and performance assessments together in one tool. You will be directly working with our CEO and co-founders who previously have built and successfully sold a startup.
We are looking for a senior product manager to join our early team. You will be the only product manager on the team for now and will be working directly with our CEO. We are at the early stages of our start-up and need a PM who can work under pressure, iterate fast, and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy.
- Align product goals with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on market needs and business impact.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics and set product OKRs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience working in pre-product market fit and post-product-market fit stages.
- Experience with GTM strategies and product marketing.
- Familiarity with HR, Performance management, or business productivity tools.
- Solid understanding of AI and ML, and vertical application of generative AI.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and data privacy models.
- Basic coding skills (i.e. SQL, Python) and design skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Ability to communicate and build relationships with senior executives in our customer organizations and our investors.
