Future Buildings have been successful for over 40 years and continues to grow. We design,  sell and deliver our pre-fabricated buildings all over the world from our office located in Markham, Ontario. We are currently looking for a successful and confident Integration Developer to join our exciting and growing Marketing Department.

 

Position Summary:


We’re looking for a skilled Integration Developer to join our in-house team for a 1-year on-site contract in Markham. You will help bridge our telecommunications system—RingCentral (including RingCX)—with our new in-development CRM, streamlining how our teams communicate and operate.

While direct experience with RingCentral is strongly preferred, we’re also open to developers who have worked on similar VoIP/contact center integrations and have a solid grasp of API workflows, webhook handling, and CRM connections.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain custom integrations between RingCentral (or similar platforms) and our internal CRM.
  • Create and manage webhooks and real-time data flows across systems.
  • Work closely with our internal CRM development team to ensure seamless system-to-system communication.
  • Develop and optimize workflow automations using tools like Zapier.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and ensure integration performance and reliability.
  • Document processes, integration logic, and best practices for internal use.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with RingCentral APIs and platform integration preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, is required.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Go is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with RingCX or similar contact center platforms is an asset.
  • Proven ability to build and manage RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON/OAuth integrations.
  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Strong understanding of how CRM systems integrate with telecom or communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work on-site full-time in Markham, Ontario.
