The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with mid-market clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new mid-market clients.
· Manage and nurture existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
· Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
· Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications/ Experience
· Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the mid-market segment.
· Strong track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions or products.
· Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building relationships and closing deals.
