Who we are:

  • Bias for action.
We don’t wait. We use good judgment, make decisions quickly, and keep things moving — even if that means learning by doing
  • Constructive dissent.
We speak up and debate ideas with respect. Once a decision is made, we align and move forward as a team.
  • Assume Positive intent.
We assume the best in each other. No politics, no blame — we are one team working toward a shared goal.
  • Clear communication.
We don’t rely on guesswork. We’re specific with our words and always make sure decisions are clearly understood.
  • Work > meetings.
Meetings help us get aligned, but the real work happens during focused time and with customers. We protect that time fiercely.
  • Nothing is sacred.
We’re not tied to how things were done before. We adapt fast, iterate often, and build what’s right for what’s next.

About the role

You are someone who’s hungry, action-oriented, and ready to make an impact. This is not your typical “keep the lights on” RevOps role — we want someone eager to identify opportunities, bring change, and execute with speed and precision.

This is a hands-on, high impact individual contributor position. Working directly with the CEO and executive leadership team, you’ll roll up your sleeves daily, driving operational excellence while finding innovative ways to embed AI and automation into our sales, marketing, and customer success workflows. You will also help us build the product and methodology we take to market with our new AI enabled post sales revenue platform.

The right person thrives at problem-solving, loves optimizing systems and processes, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

What you'll do

  • Own key RevOps functions across the GTM organization (Sales, Marketing, CS), including the CRM and tech stack, reporting, forecasting, and process design.
  • Embed AI and automation into day-to-day operations — from lead routing to reporting — to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver creative, scalable solutions.
  • Maintain and improve data integrity across systems to enable better decision-making.
  • Create and deliver actionable dashboards, analytics, and performance insights to GTM leadership.
  • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices across the organization.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, automation, and RevOps tooling to proactively recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in RevOps
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operations role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong CRM administration skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with a track record of improving workflows and data quality.
  • An AI-first mindset — experience with AI tools and automation platforms to streamline operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and measurable results.
  • Highly autonomous  — you’re hands-on, resourceful, and not afraid to dive into the details.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with leaders at all levels
