Overview

Totus is a gift card issuer and program manager. We help merchants establish, manage and expand their gift card programs across all distribution channels. We are nimble and approach every day as a new opportunity to exceed expectations. The Client Success Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts and support the team with tasks that span our book of business. The Client Success Team’s mission is to build client trust, satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a group of client relationships
  • Achieve client-specific objectives, driving growth in first party, third party and B2B gift card channels as applicable
  • Support Client Success Team in managing day-to-day and project-level tasks, helping the team meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Provide regular reporting to clients as needed
  • Keep brand assets updated across channels
  • Triage client requests and liaison with Totus teams to ensure effective solutions are provided

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in client management, preferably in the gift card/payments industry
  • Extensive reporting and presentation preparation skills required for client reporting, tracking and analysis (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; AI preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • A passion for excellent client service and account management
  • Travel for team meetings, trade events and/or client visits as needed
