About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team. This is a full-time, salaried position ideal for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality client experiences. As the Implementation Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of key implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing consistent updates and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, utilizing tools like Smartsheet and Excel to track milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to align resources and resolve obstacles during implementations.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare status reports, and effectively communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure client onboarding processes are seamless, thorough, and drive high adoption of solutions post-implementation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to continually enhance the efficiency of the implementation process.
- Monitor project outcomes and address any issues that arise during or post-implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of overseeing/managing projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related certifications are a plus
Job Requirements, Skills & Prior Experiences:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Gift Card and/or financial services industry, sales and processes is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of leading several effective, scalable cross-functional implementations with professionalism
- Strong understanding of implementation processes and methodologies, with a results-driven focus
- Comfortable using multiple websites/UIs to set up brands/clients and test gift cards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an extreme attention to detail
- Comfortable building strong interpersonal relationships with cross functional stakeholders
- Ability to successfully operate in ambiguity and energized by creating structure
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to travel at least several days per year and more as needed by company and client requirements
