🚗 Car Biller

Toyota of Olympia is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Car Biller to join our accounting team.

We are a high-volume Toyota dealership with strong systems and high standards. Our accounting office is structured, fast-paced, and truly team-oriented. While each person has clear ownership of their responsibilities, we operate with shared accountability — stepping in when needed, communicating proactively, and working together to ensure every deal is accurate and processed efficiently.

You’ll have ownership of your role and the opportunity to master your lane, but success here means being part of a team that moves with urgency, supports one another, and takes pride in getting it right the first time.

💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Processing and posting retail and lease vehicle deals
• Reviewing deals for accuracy and completeness
• Working closely with finance and sales to ensure clean, compliant paperwork
• Assisting with funding follow-up and internal coordination
• Supporting month-end accounting processes as needed

💰 Compensation

$24 – $32 per hour
Compensation based on experience and automotive billing background.
