TITLE: Title Policy Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote - in central or eastern time zone

Duration: 6-9 Months (Contract)

JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support a key initiative focused on securing title policies for our portfolio. The PM will work closely with an outside legal firm and landlords to facilitate document collection, order necessary as-built drawings, and ensure compliance with title requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Title Policy Process Management: Collaborate with an external legal firm to gather, review, and submit all required documentation for securing title policies.
  • Document Collection & Coordination: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary lease agreements, surveys, and ownership documents are compiled and submitted.
  • As-Built Drawings Procurement: Identify and order required as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with title requirements.
  • Landlord & Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with landlords and relevant stakeholders to facilitate the movement of required documents and approvals.
  • Project Oversight & Reporting: Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all documents and processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project managementtitle coordinationreal estate development, or telecom site acquisition.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of title policy processes, land lease agreements, and as-built documentation in the telecom or real estate industry.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage timelines, vendors, and legal coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to liaise with legal teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with document tracking software, title research tools, or project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet).

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 90,000 USD per year (USA)
