About the role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural estimating with some pipe experience preferred. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in a similar estimating position, along with project management experience. 

Roles/Tasks of the Position:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural steel projects, including materials, labor and equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales team, operations and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals and project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members and suppliers to clarify project requirements and resolve any issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Abilities:

• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years of experience in a similar estimating role
• 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD

Prerequisites/Requirements:

• Negative 10 panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License and Proof of U.S. Citizenship.
• Background check.
