About the role

Transcend, a leader in data rights management, is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with a distinguished record in large-scale deal negotiations and closures. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the enterprise sector, particularly targeting organizations with over 5000 employees. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the SaaS space, coupled with a deep understanding of the nuances of large deal dynamics.

What you'll do

  • Strategically identify and engage with senior decision-makers in large enterprises, establishing and nurturing high-value relationships.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, managing negotiations and deal closures with enterprises, specifically focusing on contracts with substantial annual recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with Transcend’s senior leadership and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each enterprise client.
  • Drive adoption of Transcend solutions in new market segments, leveraging detailed knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable market feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, guiding the evolution of Transcend’s offerings.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Who you are
  • At least 7 years of experience in a high-impact sales role within a SaaS organization, with a proven track record in F2000 account acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling multi-million dollar deals, showing proficiency in navigating complex sales processes and contractual negotiations.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives and technical leaders.
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.
  • Previous experience in data management, privacy technology, or related fields is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
  • A deep commitment to the ethos of data rights and privacy, aligning with Transcend’s mission.

  • Prior roles in scaling enterprise sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the data privacy landscape and related regulatory frameworks.

The estimated annual OTE salary range is below. The actual annual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The listed range below is a guideline, and the annual OTE salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive health benefits, equity, and perks in addition to cash compensation.

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 250,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
