About the role

The rise of AI driven personalization and the proliferation of global privacy regulations have elevated data governance from a compliance checkbox to a boardroom priority. Enterprises need innovative platforms like Transcend and they need an ecosystem of technology partners and trusted advisors  to help them unlock value, navigate complexity, and deliver measurable outcomes. That's where you come in.

As the VP of Partnerships, you'll be the architect and leader of Transcend's entire partner ecosystem, owning the strategy, execution, and performance of both our Technology Partner and Consulting Partner programs.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll build the partnerships function into a strategic growth engine that drives customer acquisition, accelerates product adoption, expands implementation capacity and capabilities, and increases customer lifetime value.

This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on dimensions. You'll set the vision and operating model for all partnerships, directly manage and develop the Director of Consulting Partners, and personally own the Technology Partner program. You'll work at the intersection of leadership, product, sales, customer experience and operations, ensuring that every partnership we pursue creates tangible value for customers and measurable impact for the business. For the right leader, this role offers the opportunity to build a category-defining partnerships organization from the ground up, with the executive visibility and autonomy that comes with owning a critical pillar of Transcend's growth strategy.

This is a Remote, Exempt, Full-Time, Permanent position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer of the Company. Valid work authorization in the United States is required, as this position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

What you'll do

  • Set the Vision & Strategy for Partnerships
    • Define and own the comprehensive partnerships strategy across both Technology and Consulting partner programs, aligning with Transcend's enterprise growth objectives, product roadmap, and go-to-market priorities. Establish how partnerships contribute to pipeline, revenue, product adoption, implementation quality and scale, and customer retention and build the operating model to deliver against those goals.
  • Build & Lead the Partnerships Team
    • Directly manage and develop the Director of Consulting Partners, providing strategic guidance, removing blockers, and ensuring execution excellence. As the partnerships function grows, hire and develop additional team members across the functions based on performance. Create a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Own Technology Partnerships (Hands-On)
    • Until the team scales, personally own the Technology Partner program end-to-end, recruiting strategic integration partners, negotiating agreements, coordinating with Product and Engineering on integration priorities, and driving co-sell and co-marketing motions. Partners include data platforms, cloud providers, martech, CRMs, and AI platforms.
  • Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue & Pipeline
    • Build and execute co-sell motions across both partner types, including account mapping, joint pursuit strategies, marketplace presence, and pipeline generation, that deliver measurable revenue impact. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets and report on performance to executive leadership.
  • Ensure Partner & Customer Success
    • Establish program structures, enablement systems, and quality standards that set partners up to succeed and ensure customers receive world-class outcomes from partner-led implementations and integrations. Create feedback loops between partners, customers, and product to continuously improve.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Operating Cadence
    • Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships and the rest of the GTM organization. Run regular pipeline reviews with Sales, coordinate with Customer Success on partner delivery quality, align with Product on integration roadmap and partner-informed priorities, and partner with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and events.
  • Be the Voice of the Ecosystem
    • Represent the partner ecosystem internally, aggregating feedback, advocating for partner-critical investments, and ensuring Transcend builds a product and GTM motion that partners want to invest in. Externally, represent Transcend at partner executive briefings, industry events, and ecosystem forums.
