Our platform is nearing $150M annualized GMV - demonstrating the scale of the industry that we are serving. We have 30+ paying customers and thousands of in-network hauling companies and drivers using our software every day.
About The Role
Tread is transforming the construction and material logistics industry, and our customers rely on us to not only build software they need, but to guide them on how our software can transform their operations. This is not a traditional account manager role – our customers don’t need an order-taker and yet another Excel report. They need an advocate who will drill into their problems, unpack them better than they can, and structure solutions that deliver “holy s***!” moments that only software can do when thoughtfully designed. This is our first Growth Operations hire, meaning you'll play a critical role in shaping how we support, retain, and expand our customer base.

You’ll work directly with our VP of Sales & Customer Success and our CEO, diving deep into customer workflows and key stakeholders. Your focus: identifying value opportunities, driving adoption, and becoming the go-to for customer feedback. You’ll turn insights into structured input for our product team—helping us build fast and solve real problems.
At our early stage (<20 people), this role has an outsized impact on both our team and our customers. If you execute well, you’ll quickly establish yourself as a key leader in the company.
