About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team! The Associate will serve as the face of Treehouse to our customers. You'll be the go-to expert on our products and services, educating customers on the benefits of home electrification and the installation process. As one of the earliest members of the Sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the process and tone that we use to serve our customers. 
 
Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will:
  • Drive installation sales to maximize revenue by actively following up on leads, communicating product information, and addressing inquiries. 
  • Conduct sales calls and virtual consultations to provide personalized guidance and solutions, ensuring prospective leads receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and a consultative experience to potential customers, establishing Treehouse as a trusted authority in the field. Offer top-tier customer support to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Treehouse's Marketing, Installation Operations, and Product teams, to optimize the sales funnel and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, comprehensively understanding and effectively communicating the intricacies of electrical installations to assist customers and colleagues alike.

Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Two or more years of experience in a sales role.
  • Experience working with a CRM and related tooling.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented; must be driven to exceed goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and collaboration.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-past, early-stage company environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Additionally, candidates may demonstrate:
  • Experience with home renovation or repair.
  • Experience in a consumer sales function.
  • Demonstrated interest in the climate-related field(s).
