About the role

  • Triad Wealth Partners is seeking an Investment Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, this individual will play a critical role in the day-to-day functioning of our investment platform, delivering high quality service, support and consultation to our financial advisors.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in financial services or investment management who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced business with an unbeatable culture.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a primary contact for handling inbound advisor requests related to our investment platform (model portfolios, SMAs, etc.), financial technology stack, trading and operations.
  • Manage and prioritize investment-related projects through our CRM, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of advisor inquiries.
  • Consult with advisors on asset allocation, investment selection portfolio construction using our proprietary risk-based methodology.
  • Develop investment proposals for advisors utilizing various financial modeling tools and platforms.
  • Support the development and maintenance of advisor-facing investment content and documentation.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining advisor profiles across our investment and technology platforms.
  • Help ensure data integrity across trading, performance, and portfolio management systems.
  • Support investment team projects and be willing and able to take on other duties as assigned, contributing to broader team success.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to escalate complex requests and ensure alignment with firm investment philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, or client service roles.
  • Familiarity with investment products, trading workflows, and/or model portfolios preferred.
  • Experience with FinTech platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, Ycharts, Nitrogen, Hidden Levers and/or Kwanti.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Series 65 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) preferred but not required.
