About the role


The Lead Culture Partner plays a central leadership role in fostering the culture that defines Triad. This position is responsible for overseeing team engagement, member relations, and operational support functions that directly impact how team members experience life at Triad. This role supervises the Team Engagement Specialist and Member Relations Specialist, while owning strategic programs such as Wolfpack Academy and other company-wide culture and talent initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about driving culture through both vision and execution.


What you'll do


Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing culture team aligned with Triad’s mission and values.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional growth within the team.

Program Oversight:

  • Own and facilitate Wolfpack Academy, ensuring a high-impact onboarding experience for all new team members.
  • Coordinate the rollout and analysis of team engagement surveys, distilling insights and partnering on next step for impact.
  • Work with recruiter on new hire onboarding logistics and communication, creating a seamless and engaging first impression.
  • Facilitate onboarding check-ins (30-day, 90-day) for new hires.

Culture and Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team and Sr. HR Generalist to implement initiatives that drive team member satisfaction, development, and connection.
  • Support cross-training programs to encourage continuous learning and skills diversification across departments.
  • Champion cultural events and programs that reinforce Triad’s values and foster deep team engagement.
  • Lead efforts that advance Triad’s goal of being the “best employer”, translating culture strategy into real, measurable improvements in the day-to-day experience of our team.

Operational Support:

  • Partner with the Operations Executive Business Partner and the Office Coordinator on various initiatives that could impact culture, and to ensure the in-office experience reflects Triad’s brand and values.
  • Provide logistical support for team days, cultural activities, and internal team member experiences.

Collaboration with HR team:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Culture Team and HR Team, identifying when culture-related concerns evolve into personnel matters that require formal HR involvement.
  • Demonstrate discernment in escalating issues appropriately, knowing when to maintain ownership on the Culture Team and when to hand off to HR for further action.
  • Partner with HR on sensitive matters such as performance concerns, team dynamics, or interpersonal conflicts, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging and support.

Collaboration with Member Culture Coach:

  • Work closely with Triad’s Member Culture Coach to coordinate Enneagram-based team sessions and leadership development coaching, supporting department heads and individuals in better understanding themselves and one another.
  • Proactively apply Enneagram knowledge in day-to-day interactions to enhance communication, reduce conflict, and support psychological safety across teams.

Data and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze engagement data to assess program success and inform future strategies.
  • Develop and present reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in team member engagement, HR, or culture-building roles.
    • 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to execute culture-related initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong passion for building positive, people-centered cultures.
  • Working knowledge of the Enneagram personality framework and its application in team dynamics, leadership coaching, and internal communication.
