We’re looking for a Lead Systems Administrator who wants to be an early member of an exciting and growing product. As a Lead Systems Administrator at Triple, you'll work on cloud-based technologies across the enterprise stack, helping our teams to build an innovative platform. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and grow into an infrastructure engineering and/or cyber security role.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience with Technical Support and System Administration within corporate (or similar) networks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems, services, and tools for corporate or similar infrastructure.
  • Excellent writing skills and experience creating technical documentation.
  • BS in Computer Science or similar discipline, a demonstration of technical capabilities, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week in our great Pittsburgh, PA office space in East Liberty.
  • Experience with user onboarding (especially as Triple grows and scales to meet increasing demands).

A plus to have, but not required:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, small company environment.
  • Experience using Amazon Web Services, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with database administration, networking, cyber security, or identity systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting or using workflow systems to automate repetitive tasks.
