About the role

• Trovata TMS is seeking a treasury cash management implementation specialist who has experience implementing treasury management systems and is technically proficient in SQL and database systems. You will be part of the Center of Excellence team responsible for subject matter expertise, creating reusable assets for internal and external partners to scale the team’s impact and working directly with internal product engineering counterparts and external customers.

This position will involve:

• Assisting with the creation, testing, and deployment of Company’s new software releases
• Implementing the Company’s financial software products for its customers
• Conduct solution design workshops, contribute to documentation, and guide customers on system configuration. Provide training sessions and assist clients during testing phases and go-live and beyond.
• Project Management & Administration: Ensure tasks are completed according to project plans, track progress, and maintain project metrics. Monitor project hours, manage scope changes, and ensure accurate timesheet entry.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with treasury management systems in the area of cash management, positioning, payments, bank account management or bank fees
• Business understanding of corporate cash management, banking, cash accounting, and finance
• Experience with Balance and transaction Reporting, Payment Interfaces with Banks in formats such as BAI, MX, EDI, JSON
• Proficiency with SQL and database systems required
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• MS/BS in MIS or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
