Weekend Caregivers Needed in Richmond, VA!

Pay: $18–$25/hr based on certification and experience (CNA, PCA, HHA preferred)

We are currently hiring Weekend Caregivers to join our dedicated team in Richmond and surrounding areas, including Henrico, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Short Pump, Glen Allen, Mechanicsville and more! What You’ll Do

As a Trove Caregiver, you’ll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Care needs vary by client — from companionship to personal care — and we match you accordingly.

You may assist with:

• Companionship & Engagement
• Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation & light cooking
• Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks

If you're a CNA or a PCA with proper training, you may also provide hands-on personal care, such as:

• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding assistance
• Ambulation and transferring
• Bathing and toileting support
• Incontinence care

What We’re Looking For

• PCA, CNA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Must pass background check and reference screening
